Abstract: According to the spring heavy rain data of 92 rainfall monitoring stations in 2006-2016 of Cangzhou City,it researches the spring heavy rain feature index,time change rule and space variation trend in the past 11 years of Cangzhou City.The research shows that the time change of spring heavy rain intensity（the station number）in the past 11 years of Cangzhou City likes a parabola,which is very close to the annual precipitation trend.The space distribution is different from each other of counties and cities.Ziya new river coast is the high value area.Bounded by Ziya New River both sides,the value decrease progressively.
