Abstract: At present, the curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges is not perfect, the integration with the professional curriculum system is not deep, and the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation practice base is relatively lagging behind.The construction of the curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation education should strengthen the top-level design, clarify the positioning of vocational education.By the integration of science and education and the integration of production and education, it builds a hierarchical and progressive curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation, jointly develops specialty and innovation integration curriculum resources, and constructs an innovation-driven practice base of entrepreneurship and innovation.In recent years, Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute has explored the curriculum system construction of the "1+1+X" innovation and entrepreneurship education.It formed a hierarchical and progressive talent cultivation mode dominated by cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness, driven by technical skills education, followed by innovation and entrepreneurship simulation practice, which has strengthened students' spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and improved students' ability of entrepreneurship and innovation.
