On Waterlessness in the Lower Reaches of the Yellow River and the Countermeasures

Waterlessness in lower reaches of the Yellow River is increasing year by year,which has a great influence the national economy.This article expatiates on the root causes of this serious problem and discusses some effective measures to solve it from several aspects such as saving water,implementing the project to divert water from South China to North China, using reservoirs available to coordinate the storage resources and establishing feasible valley diversion schemes.
