Practice and Method On Procurement of International Consulting Services for Baise Multipurpose Dam Project

Based on the method of procurement process and some experiences of intermational consulting services for Baise Multipurpose Dam Project under the World Bank’s Guidelines:Selection and Employment of Consultants by the World Bank Borrowers（Revised September 1997,the Guidelines）,this paper draws the conclusion that the World Bank’s procurement policy and methods are demonstrated to be a hihg valuable reference for establishing pertinent regulation and urles for the water conservancy and hydropower construction mardet in China.
