On Political Corruption and Its Cure in the Period of Social Transformation

Corruption propagates and spreads quickly during the period of social transformation. There are complex social historical reasons for the spread of corruption. Such factors as traditional culture, values, institution factor,interest structure and social distribution have something to do with the appearance of corruption. Corruption spoils politics development,economic prosperity and social stabilization. The essence of corruption is that public officers abuse public power. Thus, to punish corruption, it must be administered in the respects of power acquisition, power working procedure and power working result.
