Thoughts on Several Problems of Vocational College Education

The paper discusses contents, training aims, establishment of majors, teaching methods and teaching staff training of vocational college education. It emphasises practice of skills, cultivation of abilities and students’ main position in respect of teaching methods. As regards teaching staff training, it stresses the training of teachers who are also technicans or engineers and teachers who can teach both basic courses and special courses.
