Theoretical Study on the Selection and Employment System of Leader and Cadre and its Practice

The article emphasizes that ideological development should be put in first place when selecting leaders and cadres.It also states that it is a very important measure for establishing high quality cadres to set up perfect supervision system.Combining with the new situation of the reform and opening-up policy of our country,it makes some exploration of how to train and select leaders and cadres in accordance with the requirements of the Three Represent’s theory.
