Resource Optimization of Network Technique and the Application in the Project

This paper discusses the problems existing in the optimization of fixed time limit and resource balance such as the adjustment of the order of working procedure and the process of multi-resource optimization,and presents a new way.Then an actual engineering is chosen,and the network technique optimization is put into its foundation and essential part throughout the whole process.Some preliminary attempts have been made at the practical application of optimization.
