Some Proposals on Scientific and Technological Writing in Colleges of Science and Engineering

This paper analyses the actualities of scientific and technological writing teaching and puts forward three proposals to improve the teaching effect of this course: increasing its position in the curriculum of science and engineering colleges; attaching importance to the compilation of the teaching material and improving the teachers’ quality.
