Application of Bondless Prestressing Force in the Yellow River Flood Defence Command Center

The paper briefly introduces the application of the bondless prestressing force in the construction of the office building of the Dispatching and Command Center of the Yellow River Flood Defence. It includes the selection of the anchorage system,the tension equipment, the determination of tensile technology, the key points of quality control of each process,ect.. The paper also deals with some helpful experience that is gained from combining the theoretical calculation with practice.
