The Study of Experiments on Installing the Orifice Plate in the Longtaitou Section of Flood-cavity

After the separate installation of orifice plate and partial orifice plate on the two flat and straight part in Longtaitou, the writers made observations on flowform, pressure, flow rate, etc. and then analyzed and calculated the energy dissapation coefficient and water cavitation number. Thus, the tentative conclusion, which the orifice plate isn’t suited for the Longtaitou, is proved.
