    Pragmatic Transfer of Native Language and Foreign Language Teaching

    • Difference in language is one of the important negative factors in learning a foreign language, while the other important factor is the difference in cultural background. As a result, in teaching and learning a foreign language , it is not only important to cultivate students’ linguistic ability but also es sential to develop their pragmatic potentiality which will prevent and decrease negative transfer of source language to target language in using a foreign langu age so as to avoid pragmatic failure because of different social culture.
