Comparison and Research on《Pact of Sales of Goods Contracts》 and 《Incoterms 2000》

《United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods》 and《International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2000》) are most standardization documents which are used widely to adjust international goods sales. Through comparison and analysis to them, we will find: the former regulation range is wider, but it is principled; the latter regulation range is minor, but it is specific and operational. It is important reality sense for taking up international trade to study the two documents.
