Abstract
Dialogic education, based on the introspection to the monologic education, is a practical style of modern education. At the operating level dialogic education faces actual barriers, such as shallow comprehension, long distance to life and humanity, traditional view of teacher - student relationship, old teaching pattern and the presenting method of course contents, the actual predicaments brought by traditonal unifide criteria of examinations. Correspondingly, dialogic education is bond to find a way out in the following respects: further understanding "dialog", backing to life and the world of humanity, building up the new view of teacher-student relationship, creating variable teaching patterns and increasing the intensity of assessing abilities.
