    • An editor has important social responsibility for the learned journals. He should direct the journal properly and keep his editing within the bounds of the law, rules and regulations. He should do his best to prevent the academic corruption and the spread of the pseudoscience. He should keep up with the age and promote his editing ability and quality by teaching himself and continued education. He should carry out his social duties by means of editing, adding, checking and correcting so that the learned journals can perform the function of learning the world, spreading the culture, creating new theories, educating people and serving the society.
