    On the Application of Motivation Theory to School Management

    • Motivation is a psychological process of arousing one’s motive and activeness. Some important western motivation theories respectively research how to motive from different angles such as need meeting, goal setting, reward apportion and behavior reinforcement etc. Understanding and mastering these motivation theories and using different kinds of methods to encourage are beneficial for our school managers to achieve management goals.
