    Problems and Solutions in the Construction of a Teaching Staff with Two Professional Titles

    • At present,there exist some basic problems on how to construct a teaching staff with two professional titles.Firstly,“teachers with two professional titles”cannot be well defined.The next is that people get confused about how to train teachers of this type and how to construct this type of teaching staff.Thirdly,this kind of teaching staff cannot be classified.And the last one is that scientific standard has not been used in the evaluation.The solutions to them are to build and improve the managing system to the professionals,to enforce the training of teachers at work,and to adopt a way called “double track system”to evaluate teachers′qualifications.Thus,the construction of teaching staff with two professional titles can take on a new look.
