Application of ANN Method on Bid Evaluation in Construction Project

For the bid course has many certain and fuzzy factors,so the bidders are difficult making objective judgments quickly.Use the ANN（Artificial Neural Network） as the new information-process tool to optimize the bid enterprises in the construction engineering.This article introduces the structure and arithmetic of Hopfield network model,including the order of good or bad plans,commutant and energy function,the link and output between neurons.And give an example to prove the superiority and practicability of this method.
