On the Legal Rules of Enterprises Combination

Enterprise combination antitrust rules define the monopolized behavior and propose standard and norm,that is anti-monopoly exempt,including the bankrupt enterprises combination,promoting competition combination,and international competition combination,etc.It is the non-horizontal reduction,the enterprises combination domestic reduction,and the enterprises combination international reinforce.In order to adapt to this kind of state,our country should put the antimonopoly law on the agenda.
