    Narrative Similarities and Differences of Western and Eastern Languages in 《The Dream of Red Mansion》 and 《The Portrait of a Lady》

    • The Dream of Red Mansion and the Portrait of a Lady have many similarities and differences in terms of characteristics of western and eastern languages.This article tries to analyze the similarities and differences in different cultures respectively from the focus point of view or free point of view,centripetal form or centrifugal form,the depth and mold of the characters.The article also explores the resemblances so as to reveal the real intention of the authors and the nature of the masterpieces.
