Research on Poverty Problem of Reservoir Resettlement and Its Shake-off Poverty Countermeasure

From the planning,ecnomics,enviroment,district culture,population quality and other factors,this paper analyzes the poverty problem of the reservoir resettlement.It also puts forward some applicable policies,such as making out the poverty alleviation plan scientifically,guaranteeing to have enough fund for the reservoir resettlement,strengthening management and use of resettlement fund,adopting the resettlement policies based on the agriculture,implementing the diversification resettlement,establishing emigration participation mechanism,integrating the education training with shake-off poverty policy,taking the method of "Culture Resettlement",supporting the countermeasure of shaking off poverty scientifically and so on.
