Research on Optimization Configuration of Kaifeng Water Resource

This paper establishes the water resource dynamic balance model of Kaifeng city,based on the different predicting years（2015,2020,2030）,the supplying water of different design guarantee rates（P=20%,P=50%,P=75%,P=95%） and the water need of every family to make sure the water resource optimization configuration scheme of Kaifeng city.Then the water resource can be managed scientifically and used sustainablely.
