Exploration of Drought and Famine of Henan Province from the Year of 1928 to 1930

The changes of geology,meteorology,astronomy,geography in Henan province led to drought.The drought happened from the year of 1928 to 1930 and the humanistic science environment chaos caused by battle and bandit led to famine.During the disaster,the government’s relief was not effective and it couldn’t prevent drought to become famine.
