Think on Low-rent Housing System of China's Cities and Towns
From reviewing the development survey of low-rent housing system and analyzing its implement situation,this paper points out the existing problems of present low-rent housing system.From the respects of fund raising,the withdrawal mechanism,meeting tenants’ different needs and intensifying the supervising management to improve the low-rent housing system.
