Research on Flood Control Project Land Expropriation Investigation of Yellow River Basin

Based on the present country land expropriation policy law research, with the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project Reservior Submerging Physical Goods Index Investigation Regulations and Big and Medium Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project Construction Land Expropriation Compensation and Resettlement Rules, according to consultation and official reply of Water Conservancy Department and China Development and Reform Commission to present Yellow River downstream flood control project land expropriation investment and given Yellow River flood control project land expropriation area features, this paper discusses its physical goods investigation content, features, method countermeasure and result confirmation.
