Application of Vocation Tendency and Vocation-hunting Intention Inspection to Higher Student Management

Higher vocational student management is an important and complicated work. According to some procedures, combing higher vocational student management work with vocation tendency and vocationhunting intention inspection scientifically and reasonably from beginning to end will have a series of active influence on student management, such as: guidance function, encouragement function, solidarity function, function of reducing abnormal management occurrence rate and so on. The related conceptions was identified and the function of vocation tendency and vocation-hunting intention inspection to higher vocational student management, the principle, procedure and supporting measure of application of vocation tendency and vocation-hunting intention inspection to higher vocational student management work were discussed.
