Effect of Climatic Change on Yellow River Basin Water Resource and Its Development Strategy

The features and trend of Yellow River basin water resource in the background of climatic change are analyzed to find out the existing problems. The result shows that the climatic change will lead to more water, less displacement and difficult disaster-prevention. The climatic changes have an effect on basin economics, social sustainable development and entironment virtuous. The countermeasure of development exploitation of Yellow River basin water resource has been put forward.
