Analysis on Some Problems of Open-ended Labor Contract
Since the implementation of Labor Contract Law, many people have the misunderstanding on open-ended labor contract. From the basic system of open-ended labor contract, analyzing its formation and release, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward some related countermeasures.
