    Study on Rolling Mill Torsional Vibration Nonlinearity of Modern Steel Rolling Technology

    • In order to improve the performance of steel rolling, according to the actual parameters of the heavy and medium plate mill, the torsional vibration two-freedom nonlinear model of the rolling mill main drive system is established. By applying approximate analysis method, the first-order approximate solution and frequency response equation of system resonance region are obtained. By adopting MATLAB software, this paper simulated and calculated the system analyzed the rule of nonlinear factors on the stability of the system on the basis of amplitude frequency curves.
