    Investigation Analysis on Influence of Accidie to Employees’ Health Self-rate

    • According to the Job Demands-Resources model, the 292 IT employees were investigated with questionnaires survey, the related analysis and mediation analysis were conducted to the results. Thus this article discusses and explores the relationship between psychological factors and physical factors, researches several variables including job characteristics, job accidie and employees’ health self-rate. The result shows that the emotional exhaustion is the mediating factor of job demands and health self-rate, and job accidie has negative impact on health self-rate.
