    Reflection on School-Enterprise Cooperation of German Higher Vocational Education

    • In the German education system, vocational education plays an important role. "School-Enterprise Cooperation"-"Dual Systems" is the key to carry out vocational education successfully, which main features are educating and training by school and enterprises and triple-responsibility system. From the enrollment, teacher training, specialty and course arrangement, course teaching, professional training and exams, with the government's macro regulation and control, school and enterprises should cooperate closely to train production and administrative personnel, who gain related theory and practical skills.
