Aiming at the question of water resources shortage in North China cities, based on idea of the overall process, this paper analyzes utilization ways of rainwater resources in city and proposes two utilization methods, collection and seepage of rainwater resources. Finally, this paper identifies and classifies benefit factors of different utilization ways and provides technical support for further scientific and reasonable utilization of rainwater resources.
