    Analysis on Enterprise Employee Turnover Behavior from Perspective of Evolutionary Psychology

    • In the past study on enterprise employee turnover behavior, the external causes were mainly from the perspective of motivation theories as well as the internal causes were mainly from the Maslow's theory of needs level. By the analysis with evolutionary psychology views, it considers that the enterprise employee turnover behavior is the result of natural selection, is the adaptive behavior of individual's pursue to the good interpersonal relationship, the individual interact with the environment and the "self-realization".
