Research on Higher Vocational College Teachers’ Teaching Quality Assessment

According to the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational college teachers’teaching quality assessment, this paper puts forward that by means of designing the assessment index, improving the evaluation mode, guiding the teacher to make self-evaluation, organizing the students’evaluation of teaching well and establishing the effective feedback system to improve teachers’ teaching quality assessment method, to play orientating and inspiring role of teaching quality assessment fully and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
