Study on School-enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province

Solving the student employment and the enterprise recruitment are the main content of school enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges in Henan province.Furthermore, implementing the talent cultivation in common, cooperating the technique R& D, setting up the vocational educational group and carrying out the social service are the new explorative and implementary cooperative pattern of higher vocational colleges.There are still some problems, such as:lack on knowing the importance to school enterprise cooperation, do not cooperate in deep level, do not have the steady cooperative relations, do not establish the long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to establish the teaching management running mode to adjust the school-enterprise cooperation, form the long-term mechanism, change the school-enterprise cooperation working idea, reinforce the double-capability teacher construction, process monitoring and result assessment.
