Research on University Library Strategic Management of Multi-campus Combination Period

It analyzes the university library strategic management theory and its application current situation of multi-campus combination period.It uses the international SWOT method to analyze the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and risk of library internal and external environment of multi-campus combination period.Then it uses the method of balanced score card and strategic map to analyze the library strategic plan and target of this period and discusses the safeguard countermeasures of implementing the strategic target.
