On Problems and Precaution in Electricity Usufruct Pledge

From two aspects of related core concepts and power properties and electricity usufruct pledge is different from the way of other rights pledge, this paper expounds the basic theory of pledge of electricity usufruct.We discuss the measures for the implementation and its registration system defects of our electricity usufruct pledge at present, and expound how to strengthen the management to prevent the occurrence of defaults in the process of the electricity usufruct pledge from the following four aspects:to increase the restrictive conditions to pledgor, to register defects remedial measures, adhere to the principle of prudence and strengthen the regulation of electricity income.
