Research on Construction Cost Management of Desilting Dyke Strengthening Engineering of Yellow River Downstream

The effect of technical measure usage, labor productivity change, resource and energy usage,machine usage, construction management fee change, construction quality change and construction amount change to construction cost are analyzed. The measures of reducing construction cost are discussed, such as introducing new technology, reducing labor and material cost, improving mechanical equipment usage, saving construction management fee, reducing the extra cost and doing the compensation work better. The construction cost control, construction cost accounting and assessment methods are concluded.
