Research on Professionalism of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Vocational Ability Standards

The Counselors' Professional Ability Standard in Institutions of Higher Learning（provisional）definitely takes the counselors'specialty,specialist and professional as important targets of counselor's team construction.Taking the Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information as an example,on the basis of summing up the experience of the counselor's team construction,this paper put forward the suggestion of promoting the classification development of counselor,provides reference for the implementation of the“standard”.
