    Practice and Reflection on Work-integrated Learning Teaching Model of Mechanical Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

    • Work-integrated learning teaching model is one of the important models of cultivating high-quality technology applied talents.In view of the existing teaching model of Mechanical Specialty,this paper explores the practice and implementation of work-integrated learning teaching model by constructing the ability-leading course system,implementing “4+2” talent cultivation plan,improving the campus practice condition and the off-campus practice base construction and other main measures,which provides reference bases for further promoting the implementation of work-integrated learning teaching model.
