Study on “Happy Campus” Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Psychological Contract Perspective

This paper reveals the reasons of the absence of teachers and students' “happiness” in higher vocational colleges from the aspect of psychological contract，discusses the action mechanism of psychological contract in higher vocational colleges “happy campus” construction，and put forward the effective paths to build “happy campus” pointedly，such as construct the psychological contract model of the government and higher vocational college double subjects mutual benefit；higher vocational colleges should develop higher vocational happy campus culture exploration actively；higher vocational colleges should construct psychological contract dynamic management and communication mode between teachers and students；teachers and students in higher vocational colleges should build his own self feedback mechanism of psychological contract and health happiness view.
