    • Higher vocational college students' social adaptation ability is the basic quality of student individual development,the quality-extended training of students is a drill in the high simulation environment which can make students realize self-education,self-management,self-reflection and self-summary.In view of the problems of higher vocational college students' lacking of independent survival ability,teamwork sense,anti-frustration ability and other problems,it can effectively improve the students' employment core competitiveness and social adaptation ability through the quality-extended training,and fully meet the needs of the social development for higher vocational talents.
