Research on Rural Land Circulation Problems of Henan Urbanization Process

As a large population and agriculture province，Henan is in the key period to build a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerate the rise of central China.The urbanization process impacts on the economic and social development of overall province.In recent years，with the accelerated process of urbanization and the growth of economic scale，it gradually exposes some issues，for example，occupying? excessive，rough handling of urban land and sub-healthy development，etc.From the perspective of promoting the rural land circulation and improving the tax system，it puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of urbanization and agriculture modernization.
