    • Music literacy education is an important part of higher vocational college education teaching.By analyzing the connotation of cognitive theory,with the present situation of music literacy education in higher vocational colleges,it should select rational music teaching materials,change music education idea,set up open music teaching system,play a role in music association to promote the music teaching efficiency,motivate the students’interest of studying music and improve the music teaching quality.
