    Research on Formaldehyde Purification Effect of Amine Formaldehyde Removal Agent

    • By selecting the ammonium sulphate,diethanolamine,dipropylamine and diethylenetriamine as fixed agents,it discusses effect of solution pH,concentration and removal time to formaldehyde removal rate.The results show that the removal rate of formaldehyde is the highest in the solution pH=11 and the solution concentration was 0.1mol/L,and the removal rate of formaldehyde is basically stable after the reaction of 18hs.Compound composition experiment of ammonium sulfate and organic amine show that with the ratio of ammonium sulfate to diethanolamine 1:2.5,ammonium sulfate to dipropylamine 1:3,ammonium sulfate to diethylenetriamine 1:2.5,the better removal agent of amine formaldehyde can be prepared.
