Analysis on Overseas Students Coultivation System of Higher Vocational Colleges

To strengthen the international education exchanges and introduce more overseas students as well as raise the level of international talents cultivation are important ways for internationalization of higher vocational colleges.Taking the overseas students cultivation system from Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute as an example，it analyzes its practices in students enrollment，teaching and management，proposes four strategies to further enhance the cultivation work of overseas students in higher vocational colleges in order to provide beneficial reference for similar higher vocational colleges.
