Research on Cultivation Scheme and Curriculum System Design of New Energy Automobile Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational College

It analyzes the present situation and the talent demand of new energy automobile industry，puts forward the cultivation mode of“Post-orientation，Ability-progression”，and the curriculum teaching model of“Six-step，Four-combination”to establish specialty curriculum system to follow the law of growth.It provides a useful reference for the development of new energy automobile technology specialty talent cultivation scheme and the design of the curriculum system for the similar colleges in China.
