    Fluid Analysis of Material Suspension Speed Testing Device Based on Flow Simulation

    • In order to optimize the material suspension speed test sleeve structure, it uses Flow simulation software to analyze the airflow velocity distribution in the test sleeve and the influence of different air volume opening to the airflow velocity.The results show that the airflow velocity decreases linearly as the cone height increases.When the cone height is same, the closer to the cone axis,the higher the airflow velocity is; In the lower part of the cone (radius=0.2m), the change of airflow velocity is good, which is conducive to the measurement of the suspension speed.The velocity of air flow and the flow velocity in the lower part of the cone is linear relation.The airflow velocity in the cone can be adjusted effectively by adjusting the air volume.
