Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Development Strategy Planning Compilation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China

The scientific strategic planning is an important factor to guide the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the documents issued by the governments at all levels and investigating the typical colleges and universities，it puts forward the principles of running a school in China which needs to face the social reality and market demand.By analyzing the existing problems in the strategic planning of higher vocational colleges，it also puts forward some rational suggestions of planning reform.In order to promote the reform and development of higher vocational colleges，they need to adjust the development strategic planning as soon as possible， then to accelerate reform of the institution system，improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of strategic development planning work.
