Research on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode of Hotel Management Major

Hotel management major, as one of the most closely related majors in school-enterprise cooperation, has made many useful attempts in the exploration of modern apprenticeship.Aiming at the existing problems of traditional school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode,according to the talent cultivation advancement laws and the actual situation of enterprise operation, it put forward the "Alternation of working and learning" modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode.According to the "high skilled lower management talent", it set up three teaching stages.Implementing the all dimension, all-round process,the combination of progressive alternate vocational education,putting forward explore the mechanism of school-enterprise joint education, reforming enrollment and cultivation system, promoting the co-construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources then to form a teaching management and operation mechanism compatible with modern apprenticeship.
